Selects when an unconfirmed (no acknowledgement expected) Personnel Accountability (PA) packet is transmitted in relation to a non-emergency voice transmission. This feature applies on a radio-wide basis to Personnel Accountability-enabled channels.
When the radio is operating on a Conventional Personality where the Incident Signaling Type field is set to "Personnel Accountability".
When the radio is model / option capable.
